Job Description:-

Must have 4 to 8 years of experience in Software Product Technical Support (L2/L3) Must have strong experience in interacting with Customers across the globe. Must have a strong understanding of production environments. Must have strong analytical strength. Must have excellent communication. Must have a good troubleshooting skill with strong technical analysis/code debugging to identify the root cause and provide the solution to the product issues reported by customers. Must have experience in .NET Framework, Web API, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server Must have experience in product installation/upgrades at customer locations. Must be proficient in the understanding of code versioning tools, such as Perforce/Git.
