Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for contacting potential Developers and Bank over phone to explain the APF services offered by PropEdge Valuations, fixing appointments for the APF and managing the lead database.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Telecalling, APF and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Marathi (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate Industry and Valuation services will be an added advantage.
