- Minimum 3 years' experience in an ITmanagement discipline, preferably service management
- Very strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Capability to lead meetings, oftenwith 10+ participants.
- Influencing and negotiation skillsand experience of dealing with all levels of management
Desirable
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)qualification, preferably with specialism in service design, service transitionand service operations
- Qualification or experience in anindustry standard IT governance framework, e.g. COBIT or Sarbanes-Oxley
- Experience of global financialservices or fintech industries
- Experience of working in amulti-vendor IT service environment
