Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Financial Controller at Vivira Mall in Chennai. The Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, financial reporting, and overseeing day to day accounting. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for creating financial forecasts and developing strategies for financial improvement and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting skills and a thorough knowledge of financial statements and all accounting functions upto finalization
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in finance and accounting and proficiency in tally software
• Understanding of accounting principles, policies, and procedures and filing of GST and TDS returns
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, Chartered Accountant is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with retail accounting is a must
