Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Specialist role located in Lucknow. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing customer service, and developing business strategies to expand our client base in the networking domain. The role requires excellent analytical skills and communication skills to generate leads and create a brand image in the targeted market segment.

• Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and convey the value of our services
• Experience in lead generation and developing new business opportunities
• Understanding of market trends and ability to conduct market research to identify potential customers
• Strong customer service skills and ability to address client concerns and provide excellent customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
• Experience in the networking domain or related field is a plus
