Job Description Requirement: Windows Administrator Experience Level - 10 to 12 Years. Shift Timings - As per roster shift (24*7) Working Days - 5 days in a Week, As per roster shift (24*7) Location - Gurugram Position Summary: Windows L2 Admin with 10+ years' experience of working for companies in related fields. The candidate should have good experience in Server Hardware, OS Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Cluster etc Responsibilities :
Install and configure Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019 servers
Troubleshoot OS performance/hang related issues
Troubleshoot File server related issues
Troubleshoot MS Cluster related issues
Analyze Memory Dump and drive the issues to closure
Manage and support issues related to OS Patching, HW Firmware upgrades
Manage Windows services such as Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft Cluster
Manage centralized antivirus solution such as Symantec
Able to provide support during Microsoft SQL, Oracle DB installation and troubleshooting
Manage virtual machines through VMware vSphere console
Optimizing physical and virtual systems and resource utilization, while continuing to provide system capacity analysis and planning
Configure, optimize, monitor, operate and maintain systems throughout lifecycle
Prepare System related issues RCA's post in depth analysis done and fix them for non occurrance
Support System annual maintenace related activies (Offline/Online)
Analyze repeated issues related to Server Hardware, OS performance and fix them
Identify areas of improvement and apply the automation to avoid manual effortsDesired Skills & Experience :
In depth understanding of Windows OS including MS Cluster
General understanding of Network
10 to 12 years of experience in (OS Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Cluster etc)
Follow process such as ITSM (CI management, Change management, Incident management, etc)
Mid-to-high level fluency in English
