Job Title: Telesales Representative - Event Management Company
Overview:
As a Telesales Representative at our dynamic event management company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their event needs, and promoting our comprehensive event management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our event management services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our event planning and execution capabilities.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads through strategic questioning to identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
Gather relevant information about the client's event requirements, budget, and timeline.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's event management services, packages, and offerings.
Articulate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Pitch and Proposal:
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining the scope of services, pricing, and terms.
Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, event planners, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with event management or related industries is a plus.
