Job description

The Program Manager role is an internal role that is responsible for taking a lead in understanding strategic initiatives, organization structure, highly complex processes, tools and operations with a goal to identify and lead multiple projects that address opportunities for new capabilities, workflow improvements and business priorities. Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, multitasking and communication skills are critical success factors to deliver results in this large culturally diverse and global organization. The PM collaborates with cross functional stakeholders and leverages additional resources (e.g. People Leaders, Technical Leads, Senior Project Managers etc.) to successfully plan for and implement project deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, on time, within budget and acceptable to end business owner or project sponsors.

What You'll Do

This role works across the India Technical Services (India TAC org) to ensure the successful implementation of the strategic plan and vision. Communicates overall vision for change and ensures that all management efforts across the organization are coordinated and aligned with the vision. In partnership with the TAC Leaders, the Strategic Program Manager works with senior staff to up-level leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, problem solving, communications, creativity, and ability to encourage employees. The chosen candidate will also engage in special projects that facilitate the leaders' goals and/or remove roadblocks for business success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of key strategic initiatives. Drive process improvement and process simplification wherever possible. Simplify content everywhere.

o TAC V2MOM methods - measuring, tracking, and keeping the team and leaders honest

o Site wide innovation & automation

o Engineering interlocks - in a structured way - driving business outcomes

o Theatre interlocks and Top account program - to track TAC wide initiatives & activities to create business impact

o Hiring & Onboarding back-office activities - with the level and scale that we are doing at this point

o TAC branding and outreach

o Driving initiatives around training programs for the TAC org.

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with key partners and leaders throughout the organization

• Drive leadership demeanor and messaging across leadership team

• Ensure team alignment through communication, goal setting, and review processes.

• Design, build, and implement communications strategies and content for executive using a variety of methods and media

• Work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment!

- Prior experience working on strategic programs in the space of innovation/automation/interlocks/branding/training.

- And good exposure to PM tools and documentations.

- Good awareness of Project Scope, charter, work breakdown structure, project plan, timeline, stakeholders, risk assessment, dependency, mitigation plans , budget, scope change control - change logs, approval and governance, success measures, metrics and adoptions, KPIs etc…

- Certification like PMP , Prince2 , Agile will be added benefit.

- Support experience will be added advantage.
