Roles & Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, with a specific focus on search, video, and display campaigns. Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and implement effective bidding strategies to drive maximum results.

• Shopping Feeds: Utilize your expertise in setting up and optimizing shopping feeds to enhance product visibility, improve product listings, and maximize campaign performance. Monitor feed health, troubleshoot any issues, and implement best practices for product data optimization.

• Conversion Tracking: Implement robust conversion tracking mechanisms to accurately measure and report on campaign performance. Set up conversion goals, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies accordingly.

• Performance Max: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in Google Ads, including the Performance Max campaign type. Leverage Performance Max and other relevant campaign types to deliver outstanding results for clients, ensuring optimal budget allocation and effective ad placements across search, video, and display channels.

• Video and Display Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize video and display campaigns across various platforms, such as YouTube, Google Display Network, and other relevant channels. Develop compelling creative assets, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients. Regularly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

• A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance across search, video, and display. Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement strategic changes to improve key performance indicators.

• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and target audience. Maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and proactively address client inquiries and concerns related to search, video, and display campaigns.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies related to search, video, and display campaigns. Apply your knowledge to develop innovative strategies and ensure that Ecom Nation remains at the forefront of e-commerce advertising.

This Role Requires:

• 4+ Years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in search, video, and display, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including proficiency in search, video, and display
• campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads would be preferred
• Proficient in conducting keyword research and utilizing keyword tools for search campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing campaigns for maximum performance and ROI across search, video, and display channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Talent should hold honesty, timeliness, humility, accountability and initiative skills
• Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Display) are highly desirable.
