Product Overview
TIBCO BusinessEvents is a declarative, distributed complex event processing platform covering multiple event processing tasks. TIBCO BusinessEvents allows you to abstract and correlate meaningful business information from the events and data flowing through your information systems and take appropriate actions using business rules. By detecting patterns within the real-time flow of events, TIBCO BusinessEvents can help you to detect and understand unusual activities as well as recognize trends, problems, and opportunities. TIBCO BusinessEvents has both on-premise and cloud offerings.
Role Overview - Drive high-quality design and implementation of components, systems and user experiences.
- Work closely with the onshore development team with close interactions with the Development, QA, Documentation, and support teams located in India and US to build new features in the product.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Core Skills - Strong experience building application/systems in java
- Knowledge/Experience of Web-standards - XML, XSD, XSLT, Web Services(SOAP/REST), WS-Security, SSO.
- Experience working with any relational/NoSQL databases - Oracle/MySQL/Postgres/Mongo/Cassandra.
- Experience working with any version control systems - svn/git
- Experience working with any Build/Packaging tools - Ant/Maven
Bonus Skills - Knowledge/Experience on any messaging system - Kafka/Pulsar/EMS/MQ/RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge/Experience with docker or other container technologies.
- Knowledge/Experience with deployments on one/more cloud providers - AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge/Experience deploying production applications in Kubernetes
