Job description
The Position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- S should be able to manage escalations.
- Responsible for managing backups.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Undertake small to mediumsized IT projects as instructed by the Sr. Manager IT.
- Provide desktop and server
- Support and maintain MS Server Desktops
- Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained.
- should be fluent in troubleshooting.
- Exposure towards Video Conferencing Solutions/Collaboration devices.
- Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software.
