Role Overview: The Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within the organization. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management skills to effectively manage teams, resources, budgets, and client relationships.

Skills and Attributes Required:

1. 14-20 years of hands-on experience
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proven track record in client relationship management and satisfaction.
5. Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
6. Sound knowledge of web technologies and development methodologies.
7. Experience in project risk management and mitigation.
8. Ability to drive innovation and process improvement.
9. Familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements.
10. Proficiency in tools and platforms such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, GDPR, CDN, and Google Search Migration.
11. Experience in presales, technical solutions, business analysis, and marketing research.
12. Negotiation skills and experience in sales activities.
13. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
14. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additionally, familiarity with presales, technical solutions, business analysis, team mentoring, marketing research, branding, PR activities, negotiations, and sales can further enhance the effectiveness of the Delivery Manager in meeting organizational goals and objectives.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources while meeting project objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively, considering project requirements and team capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Performance and Risk Management:

• Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement strategies to optimize project performance and achieve key milestones.

Oversee the Delivery of Development Projects:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and creativity within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
