Requirement: Senior Analyst
Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Job Description:
# Experience on Deploying/upgrading Aspect/Asterisk/Genesys Dialer projects.
# Candidate should have experience in key Components like:
. IVR flow development using Composer
. Excellent knowledge on My/MS SQL
# Must have good exposure on CTI development using API, Agent soft/hard phone customization and integration.
# Besides dialer, expectation from candidate is to have knowhow of other OEM products, their comparison analysis based on various Tech factors.
# Should be seasoned dialer CTI professional with very good understanding of SIP Platform & hands on expertise in, Inbound & Outbound Voice Portal, Reporting (Data view, Infomart, CCPulse & Pulse).
