Job Responsibilities:
Product Display and Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales. Arrange merchandise according to established guidelines and seasonal trends. Maintain store appearance and ensure products are organized and well-stocked. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed. Collaborate with the inventory team to track product availability and optimize stock levels. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Assist in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify patterns and opportunities. Provide insights to senior merchandisers for data-driven decision-making. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the merchandising team for product improvements. Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with senior merchandisers, store managers, and other departments to execute merchandising strategies effectively. Assist in coordinating merchandising activities with promotional events and sales initiatives. Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions. Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and organizing merchandise-related documentation. Requirements: Previous 2+ years of retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.Job tags
