-Monthly product trend report/dashboard
- Tracking of Market size & Market Share
- Track & drive VE & Market penetration projects with CFT
- Active participation in the industrial forum such as IEEMA etc.
- Develop & drive channel incentive scheme for retail product lines
B. Market Intelligence:
- Define and build the industry trends and competition benchmarking mechanism for All products and customers
- Participate in seminars/ conferences/ exhibitions etc. to gather knowledge about current and future market trends, changing customer needs, technological advancements and competition actions
- Support development of annual budgets based on market analysis, competition analysis, past trends and, Product/ Project pipeline
- Set and deliver revenue and profitability targets
