Designation For: Partnership Development Manager
Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sustained revenue growth. - Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach. - Lead negotiations and contract development for partnership agreements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities. - Create persuasive business cases to pitch partnership opportunities to senior management. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers. - Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. - Utilize data and analytics to track partnership performance and ROI. - Develop effective sales strategies to support partnership implementation and revenue generation. - Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in partnership activities. - Continuously evaluate market needs and trends to adapt partnership strategy accordingly. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns to support partnership initiatives. - Contribute to the development of strategic plans and forecasts to drive business growth. - Prepare and present regular reports on business development and partnership activities to senior management. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Proven track record of success in business development within the HRMS/FinTech industry. - Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. - Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements. - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking. - Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends. - Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and business KPIs. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Ability to travel as required. - Experience in strategic planning and forecasting. - Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
