We are actively hiring for the role of Revenue Operations Associate based in Pune (Yerwada). Role : Revenue Operations Associate Location : Yerwada, Pune Experience : 0 to 1 years Salary range : 3.6 to 4 LPA Shift : US Shift (6 PM to 4 AM IST) Job Description: As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management. Key duties include: ● Pricing Updates: I mplement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies. Understand this in different brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG etc. ● OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimise our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Work on improving our ranking in all OTA’s like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb etc ● Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive. ● Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS). Key Qualifications: ● Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers. ● Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact. ● Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions. ● Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc. Span of Responsibility: The Revenue Operations role encompasses a range of tasks focusing on execution. Your responsibilities will include Rate Shopping, Pricing Updates, OTA Execution, Rate Plan Configuration, and Stakeholder management.
