Skill Set Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA degree with minimum 45 years experience in ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently with little supervision based on requirement
Good communication skills will be necessary to work with Global counterparts
Ability to learn quickly is important as we use very broad spectrum of technologies
Should have work experience in onsite offshore model
Should have a strong working knowledge & fundamental understanding of technical and
industry best practices in the areas of:
o IT Service Management (Incident/Change/Problem/Catalog Items).
o Instance Upgrade testing and bug fixing.
o Data Import & Transform Maps..
o Basic knowledge on Configuration Management (CMDB).
o Workflow Development.
o Business rules Client scripts UI actions and UI Policies Macros.
o Instance Security configuration best practices
