Job Description :Mode of Work - Hybrid - Perform maintenance and administration of Cloud services including; software updates, installs, problem investigation and resolution, and escalation. - Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to provide the best possible experience to our clients. - Create and maintain policy and procedural documentation. - Work closely with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues and assist with configuration changes/testing. - Work in SQL performing activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts. - Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate manager or the management team. Shift timing and Mode of work - Can work remotely or from an Clients' office - The available shift for this role is: Monday to Friday- 7 am to 4 pm IST & Tuesday to Saturday- 7 am to 4 pm IST Requirements : - 2+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment, including troubleshooting simple to complex issues. - Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems. - Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files), additional Microsoft products, including SQL Server - Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills. - Excellent written communication skills. - Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
