The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, support, and growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:Collaborate with the leadership team to define digital marketing goals and strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve awareness, fundraising, and advocacy objectives.
Content Marketing:Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and informative content across digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and blog.
Ensure content aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management:Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and support.
Email Marketing:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage our supporter base.
Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Website Management:Maintain and update the organization's website to ensure it reflects our mission and objectives.
Optimize the website for user experience, SEO, and mobile-friendliness.
Paid Advertising:Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, donations, and volunteer sign-ups.
Monitor budgets and ROI to ensure efficient spending.
Analytics and Reporting:Regularly analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Provide reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Community Engagement:Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback.
Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers or related organizations.
