About the Company: We are a full-service data and technology consulting start-up, incubated with the intent of helping companies rapidly advance their technology charters.
We believe start-ups need a range of expertise during the initial phases as they establish product market fit and start scaling up the business. We are a launchpad to such companies, partnering with them through initial phases to rapidly iterate on product design and development to attain scale readiness with their product portfolio. We are also tech partners to larger companies who are exploring building new-to-market products and features and are looking for expertise in a broad range of areas, right from product design and positioning to product development, to gaining competitive advantage through advanced data analytics and solutions. Our leadership comprises ex-founders, and senior industry folks who have diverse experience across start-ups and large companies. We operate with a ‘Day 0’ mindset, and with the concept of focused ‘2 pizza’ team structures. And our core tenet is to work with a product-led methodology, with the customer/user at the center. These tenets allow us to rapidly spin up multi-skilled teams that comprise all the necessary skills and experience to help companies attain a Minimum Scale Velocity (MSV) on their initiatives. Role - BI Analyst: Imagine being the go-to person for a company for all things data - from helping curate right customer mix for a marketing campaign, to measuring the ROI, to helping tech understand product performance, helping product teams understand customer voice and journeys, and finally helping the founders build out a ramp to profitability, etc. And now multiply with an opportunity to do this for multiple companies, creating a real and a measurable impact on their success. And doing so with a high degree of autonomy and not being constrained by rigidity of team structure and role scope. While, still being guided by the best brains in the industry, and directly working with founding or senior leadership teams of most promising companies. Does this interest you? Then you absolutely want to work with us! Experience: 1-3 years; open to 2024 graduates in case they are looking for internship opportunities in the data space. Education: B. Tech or PG in Maths / Statistics with programming knowledge. Skills: Required - Analytics: being able to understand metrics, KPI's and to build visuals. Someone who likes working with and finding things in data. - Curious mindset: this role will need a lot of data parsing and finding solutions to sometimes complex problems. This individual should be comfortable with and enjoy looking around for solutions. - Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, spreadsheet experience Preferred - Comfortable working with Cloud computing and storage (GCP, AWS, Azure) - Experience with Dashboarding Tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Looker Quicksight) - Experience with Automating workflows (Databricks, Deepnote, Lambda) Nice To Have - Experience Building Machine Learning Models - Experience working with containerization tools (Docker) - Experience With CI/CD pipelines Work Location: We are at an early stage, and hence want to prioritise a hybrid model to foster close collaboration and camaraderie. However, we are also committed to reasonable flexibility in working away from the office for our squads to prioritise personal goals and achieve work-life harmony. So, for folks based out of Bangalore, while we are not insistent on physical presence, we would still love to perhaps grab a coffee and/or whiteboard whenever there is a need or an opportunity.
