Job description
You will be a leader of a high-performance feature-driven development team responsible for building enterprise-level e-commerce platform solutions. The role requires you to work in the UK timezone to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
In this role you'll get to:
- Lead salesforce project development team;
- Familiarize the team with customer s needs and development process;
- Take ownership of the project. Collaborate with the project team to drive closure to problems and open issues;
- Prioritize and distribute tasks. Make sure that team members are familiar with them;
- Perform code reviews;
- Drive continuous improvements to development methodology and underlying processes;
- Participate in technical approaches writing;
- Write and review technical documentation.
Your skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of Apex programming (mandatory);
- 3+ years of Lightning Aura Component or LWC programming (mandatory);
- Proven 0.5+ years of development team leadership experience (mandatory);
- Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory);
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory);
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory);
- Upper-intermediate writing and speaking English (mandatory);
- Experience in multi-threaded programming, software debugging and profiling tools and techniques, highly distributed architecture, and advanced design concepts like Design Patterns;
- Software architecture design using object-oriented and modularity principles;
- Experience with working on complex functional software projects that require a deep understanding of the application logic and dependencies;
- Technical documentation writing skills;
- Design patterns knowledge and experience;
- Strong expertise in Apex programming (triggers, controllers and classes);
- Strong experience developing components/applications using Lightning Framework;
- Firm knowledge of Apex/Lightning framework best practices;
- Solid experience using standard salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming);
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community;
- Salesforce limitations;
- Experience using Salesforce data tools;
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience;
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with other API;
- Good understanding of SQL, SOQL & SOSL;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.
Good to have:
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification;
- Experience in complex features and integrations;
- Experience in developing eCommerce solutions is highly desired;
- Basic knowledge of project management;
- Experience with interviewing and on-boarding of engineers;
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
