Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for the India region.
  • Lead and manage the India Talent Acquisition team and ensure high-quality delivery of recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the best talent solutions.
  • Manage HR operations and processes (Global), including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, etc. and ensure alignment with the company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR TA and Operations related matters and resolve any issues or queries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • 9 to 14 years of experience in Human Resources, of which at least 4 years' experience in managing Talent Acquisition and HR processes (HR Operations).
  • Demonstrated skills in talent sourcing and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective recruiting strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employees.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Willing to work from office (Chennai).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR management or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
