Mindshare Fulcrum is an agency of GroupM, the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP . In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Manager - Digital Media Analyst to join us. In this role, as a Digital Media Analyst, you will be responsible for , you will play a pivotal role in creating, interpreting reports, and collaborating with vendors to optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in data analysis and process automation will be crucial in delivering valuable insights and streamlining operations.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Senior Director - Process, Digital COE team.

In Three Months:

. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the digital media landscape and platforms.

. Successfully create and interpret reports, showcasing improved KPIs, and initiate discussions with vendors for collaboration.

In Six Months:

. Exhibit proficiency in creating detailed reports with actionable insights.

. Implement initial stages of process automation, contributing to enhanced campaign efficiency.

In Twelve Months:

. Showcase a track record of successful campaign optimizations and positive client feedback.

. Lead data-driven initiatives, establish effective vendor collaborations, and demonstrate significant progress in process automation.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

1. Campaign Analysis and Optimization:

. Evaluate digital media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, The Trade Desk, DCM, and DoubleVerify.

. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.

2. Data Insights and Reporting:

. Proficiently use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create comprehensive reports and insights.

. Extract meaningful information from data to provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

. Collaborate with vendors to gather relevant data and insights for holistic campaign analysis.

3. Vendor Collaboration:

. Work closely with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital media campaigns and leverage their expertise for enhanced performance.

4. Process Automation:

. Identify opportunities for process automation within digital media operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

. Implement and oversee automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.

5. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions and strategies to the team.

. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.


What you'll bring:

. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in digital media analysis or a related field.

. Education: Bachelor's degree is required MBA is preferred.

. Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, DV360, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, The Trade Desk, DCM, and DoubleVerify.

. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive valuable insights for clients.

. Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

. Report Creation and Interpretation: Extensive experience in creating and understanding detailed and insightful reports.

. Vendor Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with external vendors to optimize campaign performance.

. Process Automation: Experience in identifying and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows.

. Innovation: Proven ability to bring innovative solutions to digital media strategies.

. Good to Have:

1. Programming Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation.

2. Data Visualization: Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
