Q2 is seeking a Program Manager for our Centre of Excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and driving activities like operational transitions, biz operations in our company and ensuring that the programs are implemented according to schedule and budget. Updating management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes is a key part of this role.

To ensure success as a Program Manager running tracks on transitions, biz operations etc., you should be able to proactively spot any risks; challenges and solve them as quickly as possible. A top-notch Program Manager in this role is expected to demonstrate mastery of the processes like Transition, Biz Operations to minimize any associated costs or risks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal & external clients to understand business requirements and expectations.
  • Design and execute project plans and documentation for assigned Projects
  • Direct project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner in accordance with the best practices
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive projects like Biz Operations, Transition programs, Hiring & Onboarding, Success metrics of newly built business delivery teams & their ramp up
  • Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process.
  • Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
  • Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.
  • Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.
  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
  • Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
  • Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as the passing of a senior employee.
  • Generate reports & dashboard related to Program health considering cost, efficiency, timelines etc
  • Should be able to understand and design What-if models
  • Work closely with cross functional teams, managers and executive leadership

Experience And Knowledge

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years' previous work experience in similar role
  • Project Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI)
  • Agile exposure preferred (CSM or CSPO)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building documentation and project plans using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good hands-on experience of MS Visio, Lucid charts etc.
  • Exposure to Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, PowerBI etc
  • Experience managing expectations and providing creative solutions to priority conflicts for high-profile clients.
  • Ability to develop new initiatives and processes that produce higher levels of customer satisfaction while reducing expenses and shortening project durations.
  • Capable of assessing project risks and related mitigation steps.
  • Possess project leadership qualities.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and SharePoint preferred.
  • Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred.
