KamalDhari is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Generate engaging content in line with current trends and the brand's voice.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to produce unique and creative visuals, ensuring no generic templates are used.
- Engaging Captions: Craft attention-grabbing captions that resonate with our audience.
- UX Collaboration: Collaborate with the UX design team to ensure social media designs align with branding and user experience needs.
- Company Culture Promotion: Partner with HR to showcase our company culture and attract potential candidates.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with online communities, representing KamalDhari in a professional and authentic manner.
- Design & Editing Skills: Possess a basic to intermediate understanding of graphic design and video editing to effectively manage and guide the team .
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest features and trends in social media to leverage organic growth.
- Storytelling: Utilize compelling storytelling techniques to captivate our audience and enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management. (4+ Yrs)
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for staying updated with the ever-evolving landscape of social media.
- Experience in storytelling and content creation.
