Urgently hiring for sales engineer at Bengaluru location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
l Handle incoming sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in all region.
l Co-define the winning sales strategy together with the Sales Manager and translate this strategy into a winning solution.
l Solve commercial / tactical issues and challenges directly with the Sales Manager
l Enquiry generation, Technical discussion, Product presentation and Solution offering.
l Techno-commercial and price negotiation with customer and order finalization under guidance of seniors.
l Order processing, delivery and payment collection.
l Nurture and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
l Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our inspection and testing services
l Acquire a new customer base for the company.
l Maintain regular sales rhythm with daily customer visits and lead generation
l Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets within the given time frame
l Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business
l Responsible for (organizing) all sales engineering deliverable throughout the sales process, while involving different disciplines and technical experts to come to the best possible solution.
l Bring all aspects of the offer together (e.g. technical solution, planning, price, T&Cs) in a clear quotation matching the budgets calculated.
Strong in listening and analyzing customer requirements.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
l Experience: 2-4 Years in the automation industry
Must have a passionate mindset for sales.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
l Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
l Willing to travel across the region.
l Engineering Graduation in Electrical or Electronics Discipline. MBA in sales/marketing will be more advantageous.
l Consistent track record of sales and revenue growth
l High degree of proficiency and comfort with automation technology
l Be effective in presenting complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
l Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
l Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
l Takes full ownership and responsibility of their projects
