Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the testing efforts of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, proficiency in core Java, and expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role.
· Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques.
· Solid understanding of core Java programming language.
· Expertise in automation testing tools, specifically Selenium and Playwright.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
