Edopia Private Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator/ Customer Relations Manager. As the Office Administrator/ CRM at Edopia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to manage leads and track customer order shipments
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, CRM Administrator, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven skills in Customer Care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
- Experience in the education industry or with CRM systems is a plus
