As an analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
●Working on cross border deals across sectors in the Middle Eastern Markets
●Working closely with senior management in the organization
●Active involvement in deal lifecycle
●Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company, sector, industry research
●Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients & supporting all business development activities
●PowerPoint for Pitch Books and Other Presentations
●Excel-Based Financial Modeling and Valuation
●Developing and maintaining complex financial models
●Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
●Participation in communication and interaction with deal team members
●Management of several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Requirements:
●Must have a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
●Prior experience in working with cross border geographies- Middle Eastern Markets
●Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills
●Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus
●Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
●Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
