Job Overview We are hiring an Information Technology Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our employees. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Understanding of data security and privacy practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Provide technical support and assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install and configure software and hardware components
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Maintain and update documentation of technical support activities
- Ensure data security and protect sensitive information
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics
