Job Overview
We are hiring a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function in our company. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with talent acquisition and recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
