Duties and Responsibilities The duty is to maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, prepare and submit expense reports as required, and to provide financial reports as requested. Keep track of all the financial transactions made by the business. This includes reconciling account balances and preparing monthly financial reports. Ensures that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. The duty is to enter all the financial transactions for a company. Transactions can be anything from receipts to bank deposits to payslip entries. Responsible for reconciling the company's financial records to ensure accurate tracking of its income and expenses. Duty is to manage the financial records of a business and submits financial reports to the owner or manager of the business. They also manage day-to-day cash flow and make sure that the finances of the business are in good order. Keep track of all business finances, including invoicing, expenses, and payments. Should have proven knowledge on Quickbooks Enterprise edition that are completely tailored to specific sectors.
