A dynamic and sociable group of people focused on constant learning. The Game Tools team develops all the necessary tools in the operation to set up and monitor the machines and tools that allow us to detect and verify any type of problem to be solved quickly. This department is also in charge of developing tools focused on HR. Thanks to their job, Zitro has a better website to make our daily life easier. What you will do · Coordinate the work of the team, being responsible of proposing new ideas and improvements of the existing practices in the Software development. · Lead weekly plannings. · Analyze new functionalities and estimate how long they may last. · Analyze new technologies and architectures. · Train new team members · Make sure the code is maintable and scalable. · Design and maintain websites. · Being involved in the design and development of new applications. · Prepare new releases and deploy applications. · Prepare Docker environments. What you Bring · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum +6 years of experience in a similar position. · Good teamwork and management skills. · Problem solving skills. · Equal proficiency in both front and backend design patterns. · Good skills in code quality. · Solid Knowledge of PHP and symphony framework, using hexagonal architecture. · Solid knowledge of JavaScript, html and CSS with SASS. · Good knowledge creating Docker environments for development. · Good knowledge making query’s and stored procedures with MySQL and PostgreSQL. · Knowledge of Linux environment at user level. · Knowledge in GIT.
