Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying pursuing and securing new business opportunities for our IT solutions and services.
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales with a focus on acquiring new clients in the IT sector.
- Your key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research industry events online resources and networking.
Create a robust pipeline of qualified leads to target. - Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to approach and engage potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT solutions.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to close deals. - Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients.
Understand clients business needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. - Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitors.
Provide feedback to the team regarding market insights and competitive intelligence. - Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. - Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Achievement of Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Candidate Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development or sales preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Selfmotivated targetoriented and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
