Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead located in Pune. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives, generating leads, providing customer service, and contributing to team sales goals.

• Inside Sales and Cold calling Skills
• To generate the own leads
• Team Management and Team Leadership Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM software, and a proven track record of successful sales and team management.
