Job description


Job Responsibility:


Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
1. Spares/Accessories and AMC Quotation
2. Dispatch process Documents and records

3. Data back up on Every Saturday: Pending list/ Courier Details/ Quotation
Folder
4. Document Control
5. Implement Process and ensure it is practiced in all departments
6. Digitalization of operations using ERP/CRM Software
7. NABL Accreditation
8. To maintain attendance of the engineers.
9. To prepare Job card.
10. To prepare packing list.
11. To prepare digital sales order.
12. To add items in Grow smart from quotation.
13. Prepare Production Report.
14. Purchase order and Invoice filing.
15. Filing of AMC Contract.

Skill:
Should have good business communication skill
Should have English language fluency
Should have basic computer skills like MS Office
