Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing budgets, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with clients. The General Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance and submitting reports to upper management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and conducting market research
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales performance data
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM software, and knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
