What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with HR leadership to execute HR strategies in alignment with key business goals and overall organization strategies.
• Partner with Center leadership to identify human resources solutions to help achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Provide professional consultation and support to management and employees in areas such as benefits, payroll, compensation, labor management, diversity, and organizational effectiveness through a collaborative partnership with corporate support
• Build performance-based relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assess and articulate opportunities for change initiatives that will positively influence business operations and results.
• Consult with business leadership to properly apply organizational policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Support and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, culture and performance of center.
• Ensure fair and complete resolution to employee relations issues, considering all risk and liability to the organization leveraging the appropriate resources for support, when needed.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience HR experience preferred.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing(English is working business language)
• Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail
• Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently
• Familiarity with local Labor Law, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits
• Ability to represent a positive and professional image
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
