Job Overview:

Amitoje India is looking for a Market Expansion Manager to spearhead our efforts in growing our market share in the POS display manufacturing sector. This role combines elements of marketing and inside sales, focusing on promoting our innovative products, identifying and targeting new market segments, engaging potential buyers, and generating leads for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Segmentation:

● Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities for expansion.

● Develop and implement strategies for targeting specific market segments.

Product Promotion & Online Marketing:

● Lead online marketing initiatives to promote our products and brand.

● Utilize various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and our website, to

maximize reach and engagement.

Buyer Identification & Outreach:

● Identify potential buyers in the B2B space and understand their needs.

● Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage these buyers and generate interest in our products.

Lead Generation & Sales Coordination:

● Use advanced tools to discover and connect with correct buyers

● Proactively generate leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

● Work closely with sales to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

● Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.

● Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven experience in marketing and/or sales, with a strong focus on market expansion.

● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Strategic thinker with a creative approach to market expansion.

● Experience in the manufacturing or retail display sector is a plus.

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
