Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and innovation-oriented scientist to lead our R&D Department. You will be responsible for setting up the foundation for the R&D function at Atomgrid.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. / MSc degree in chemistry with 10+ years of experience in R&D within specialty chemical companies like Jubilant, Aarti, Laxmi, SRF, Deepak Nitrite, etc.
• Experience in the development and commercialization of intermediates and actives for the agro and pharmaceuticals industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead process development and optimization of Actives and Intermediates from lab scale to bulk manufacturing.
• Work closely with our manufacturing network to resolve challenges related to product and process chemistry.
• Front-end R&D discussions with customers and supplier RnD teams.
• Lead internal knowledge management and create detailed documentation on product evaluation, process documentation, and technology transfer.
