Job description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Sachika Hotels located in Guwahati. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. He will also serve as a liaison between employees and management and will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications Minimum two years of practical experience in Human Resources. Hospitality industry HR experience will be preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws. Excellent communication skills.
