We're looking for an experienced HR to help with people management, culture and general well being of our team. You'll have the chance to be part of a startup work culture that takes ownership of their work and constantly strives to go beyond the necessary.
What are the responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for all people matters
- Employee Relations
- Be responsible for team happiness with regular team interactions, identify areas of concerns and work on resolving them.
- Promote positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and issue management.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Setup weekly learning talks, quarterly team outings, and company-wide offsites.
- HR Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle - Create seamless onboarding, conduct exit interview, maintain HRMS system for attendance, payroll and update employee documents
- Be responsible for the creating and enforcing all internal policies & processes to be in compliant with ISO27001, SOC2 and GDPR standards
- HR Strategic Planning
- Partner with the leadership to build and execute a strategy on employee retention, diversity, and inclusion.
What are the skills required
- MBA or Master's Degree in any stream
- 5-10 years of experience as a Human resource specialist.
- Excellent grasp of verbal and written English.
- Organized at work with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in startups and internet business is a plus.
