Primary Skills: Experience in Exchange On-Premise Server Management, preferably Exchange 2016. Experience in Exchange Online & Teams management. Experience in Skype for Business 2015 On-Premise. Experience in Cisco IronPort
Secondary Skills: Enterprise Vault administration - ADFS - Maas360 MDM Solution - Microsoft Intune - PowerShell Scripting Responsibilities : - Responsible for troubleshooting & leading critical incidents on email infrastructure - Working knowledge on Incident & Problem management. - Interact with Vendor Support for escalated issues and work towards permanent resolution - Creation of SOPs and Process Documents - Good Team player and should be able to guide/mentor junior team members. - Good communication skills written and verbal.
