Job Summary

- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

- Sales Head's responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base for our BPO products like Customer Engagement Services, Data Processing, Data entry, Inbound and Outbound Call Center

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of account

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
Requirements :

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

- Solid experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sales for Inbound and Outbound Call centers, Customer Engagement Services, Data Processing, Data Entry and other related products

- Previous experience as a sales Head or sales manager in BPO industry

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
