Sales Project Manager and Enablement Specialist (India Based, US Pacific Time Zone Hours)

Most of all, you're believe in the power and impact project management and sales enablement can have on revenue growth.

In this role, you will report to the Chief Growth Officer to support the Woundtech sales and account management organization towards continued profitable revenue growth. You will combine project management and sales enablement experience to help track and manage delivery of Growth/Sales organization projects and provide day-to-day organizational and administrative support to the Chief Growth Officer and key members of the sales leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Chief Growth Officer and other members of the sales organization in day-to-day management of key deliverables and projects
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure day-to-day project activities are on track and delivered on time.
  • Work cross-functionally to keep leadership and impacted areas / teams apprised of progress and risks.
  • Serve as support on key sales focused initiatives driving execution across both direct and indirect internal teams to hit milestones and achieve results.
  • Support project plans to ensure successful contract implementation of health plan, MSO, and IPA contract improvements
  • Work closely with sales management to optimize organizational technology investments, including CRM
  • Support knowledge transfer of best practices to leverage CRM and other sales enablement tools, ensuring alignment to sales processes
  • Collaborate with Chief Growth Officer on ongoing field training needs, support development of training curriculum for new and current sales associates
  • Work with Sales Analytics to ensure delivery of regular sales trend reporting to Sales Management
  • Use reporting and data to communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with our analytic team to create and deliver regular reporting to Chief Growth Officer and sales organization

  • Demonstrated experience in within a patient-centered healthcare services delivery organization
  • Strong English language communication skills
  • Experience supporting executive level projects and leadership
  • Comfortable working within a fast paced, rapidly changing, and growing organization
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and internal negotiation skills
  • Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties
  • Proficient in work that involves analysis, organization, planning, presentation development, problem resolution
  • Passionate about supporting a mission to improve lives by increasing patient access to in home hands on, provider delivered wound care

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • MHA/MBA desirable with preferred focus on Strategy, Marketing and Sales
  • PMP certification and training
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist or Consultant certification and training
  • 3+ plus years of successful sales project management and/or sales enablement
  • Experience smaller, high-growth health care companies is a plus
  • Understanding of US payer landscape, relationships between health plan, MSO, and IPA
