Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Embedded Engineering Manager

to lead our talented team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge embedded systems. As a key player in our organization, you will drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to the success of our products. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the embedded engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in embedded systems. Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of embedded projects. Define project milestones, allocate resources, and manage schedules. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of embedded engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback. Technical Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of embedded Linux development, C/C++, RTOS, and low-level programming. Evaluate and select appropriate hardware platforms and components. Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols. Process Improvement and Optimization : Implement and enhance engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 12+yrs of proven experience in embedded software development, including C/C++ programming. Strong knowledge of real-time operating systems and embedded systems architecture. Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and hardware interfaces. Experience with software development tools, such as IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems.
