Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, regulations, and timelines.
- Site Supervision: Supervise construction activities on-site, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure smooth progress.
- Quality Control : Monitor construction quality and compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety standards.
- Scheduling and Coordination : Develop project schedules, coordinate construction activities, and ensure that materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve construction-related issues, delays, and conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:
