- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to support organizational decision-making
- Support the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR technology solutions and tools, making recommendations for enhancements
- Communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders through presentations and written reports
