International Business Development Manager
Hiring Offices : Maharashtra , Tamil Nadu, Karnataka WFH/WFO Job description Roles and Responsibilities - Handling International Business activities for medical packaging (Pharma & medical devices). - Grow the International business by developing strategies, using current and new global contacts to expand and increase sales opportunities. - Business Analysis & Development- Diligently access business operations to determine sustainability, competitive positioning and revenue opportunities.
- Review and Develop new Business internationally - Making long term contracts with international companies and also New product development as per customer demand. - To do Research and analyze to set target for Business Development opportunities - Conduct market mapping, generating enquiries and checking costing and pricing as per technical requirement. - To involve in production planning as per the orders in hand and as per projection of future orders. - Regularly communicate with existing customer and supplier. - Achieving targeted market share of the product. - Client Relation & Servicing. - On-requirement travelling would be there - Attending international exhibitions and booking of meetings, Meeting Customers and Agents, Understanding their requirements. - Working for the development of products in house and adding the same in Product List. Desired Candidate Profile - Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA / PGDBA (Marketing / Business) with 3-10 yrs experience in International Business Development. - Should have hands on focus on customer centricity. - Should have high on Negotiation skills to close contracts and agreements - Confident Leader who work together and builds highly effective team. - Ability to develop and maintain short to long-term strategic forecasts and plans to increase efficiency and profit. - Fluent in English and strong coordinating skills. - Should have excellent Written Communication Skills in English. - An effective communication and presentation skills to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Should have High on Integrity, high on Assertiveness, Proactive in Nature and Result Oriented. - Must have good communication skill and willingness.Job tags
